You will receive regular updates on the progress of your order:
A confirmation email and receipt immediately following your purchase.
An email once your order has been picked up by the courier.
An email once your order has been delivered.
If you would like a photo of your package included in your email on delivery, please write this under "Additional delivery notes" at checkout.
Shipping Cost
All orders over $89 receive free shipping, nationwide! All other orders will include a $7.95 standard shipping cost.
We only ship to addresses in New Zealand. We don't ship internationally.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are normally shipped on the next working day from our warehouse in Cambridge. Where possible we try and get orders shipped on the same day so your pets get their pet goods fast!
Every now and then it may take us 2 working days to get your order out.
Delivery - Direct To Your Door
The majority of orders are delivered by New Zealand Post.
Mainfreight deliver some of our larger Pet Goods to customers.
As a general guide only, delivery to urban areas in the North Island is overnight. Please allow 2 days for South island. Rural addresses should allow an extra 1 - 2 working days.
